Our acquisitions team seek out value investments and manage all facets of the acquisition process, including deal sourcing, underwriting, analysis, planning, deal structuring, capital raising if necessary, and financing as needed. Over the last 10 years, HCG's acquisitions team has sourced over 3 million square feet, in over 27 states with $100 million in transaction volume.

 

Before every acquisition, each property is put through a rigorous internal underwriting and due diligence process, with the relevant in-house departments providing their own technical comprehensive insight. The asset management alongside the acquisition team proactively monitor the existing portfolio’s performance to determine the most profitable approach of value through lease restructuring, new lease up, redeveloping, refinancing and/or disposing of the asset once value creation is reached and thus closing the circle. It is our goal to work cohesively and not just delegate tasks that have been one of our recipe's for success.

Our core group of relationships have created a channel of information so that decision making can be made in real time without the traditional corporate structure approval processes. In addition, we implement leading technology coupled with our personal industry experience, to transact in much shorter time frames than that of our competition giving us the leading edge.

our story

HCG Commercial Real Estate is a privately held commercial real estate investment and management company based in Long Island, New York.

 

Founded in 2014 by Byron Hakimi, HCG seeks to acquire income producing commercial properties with value-add components throughout the United States. HCG currently owns operates and manage's over 25 commercial properties comprised of multi-tenant retail shopping centers, office buildings (medical and professional), single-tenant net leased properties, industrial and mixed-use buildings.

 

HCG is experienced and well capitalized allowing us to acquire properties within short timelines and with minimal purchase contingencies, differentiating us from other buyers in the field. We are guided by the principles of integrity and professionalism for every point of contact in our professional relationships.
